A 20-year-old driver refused medical treatment and was arrested at the scene after he crashed into a house on Bell & Elm Street in Mt Zion, IL. The vehicle went through
the wall and struck a couple when they were sleeping. Injuring one person seriously and fatally injuring another. The drive of the car is now in Jail on preliminary charges of "Reckless homicide and aggravated DUI involving bodily injury.
